Ozcare Regional Office, Robina
“[Enrich Architecture] offer professional architectural service on all facets from design concept to completion of construction. With over three decades of experience on Ozcare projects the [Enrich Architecture] team provide value added input to ensuring the best practices and relevant building products are utilised on each project.”
Damian Foley
Chief Operating Officer
Ozcare
The Ozcare Administration Office in Robina operates as a key Regional Office, replacing existing offices at Miami and Southport and provides a base for the co-ordination and delivery of administration and outreach services provided by Ozcare to the greater Gold Coast Community.
It is important that the workplace provides an environment that supports wellbeing. This building was designed to support the Ozcare staff and carers who provide service to the community through a variety of programs within their Community Nursing, Community Programs, Residential Aged Care and Community Support Services Divisions.
The building has been designed to accommodate permanent staff and for outreach staff who will access the building for 1 hour per day, on an ad hoc basis, therefore it was important to create an inclusive environment with large open plan multi-functional and flexible work areas, collaborative working spaces, formal and casual meeting spaces and small group chat spaces to assist in the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of the services to the Community.
